The Story

Why Dashapramati exists.

Dashapramati started with a pattern we kept seeing: good businesses running on duct tape. Orders tracked in six spreadsheets. Approvals living in WhatsApp threads. Staff retyping the same numbers into three different tools — and software vendors answering all of it with rigid templates the business had to bend around.

We believed the opposite: software should be shaped around the business, engineered properly, and handed over fully. So — after 25 years of building software and two decades of running product businesses — we built a studio that works the way engineers wish vendors did: direct conversations, honest scoping, clean code, and services that end with source code in your hands.

The name comes from Sanskrit — dasha pramati, ten measures of wisdom. In practice it means one thing: think carefully before you build, and build things that last.

For more than 25 years, I've worked at the intersection of technology, business and problem solving. Over the last two decades as an entrepreneur, I've built web platforms, mobile applications, enterprise systems and AI-driven products for businesses, startups and dharmic institutions.

What excites me isn't technology for its own sake.

It's understanding a problem deeply and designing software that people genuinely enjoy using.
