Scope & quotes
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed, itemized quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins — no surprise invoices.
Code ownership
On final payment, complete source code, repositories and documentation transfer to you unconditionally. No licensing traps, no lock-in, no dependency on Dashapramati to keep your system running.
Confidentiality
Your business data, processes and project details are confidential by default. Case studies are published only with your written consent, and can be anonymised on request.
Warranties & support
Delivered work is covered by a defect-fix warranty period agreed in the project scope. Ongoing support and maintenance are available as separate, cancel-anytime plans.
