Engineering beyond the initial launch
These aren't features from a spec sheet. Each is an operational innovation — designed after watching daily operations and shipped to remove a specific point of friction.
Device Authenticator — replacing OTP
Counter staff depended on OTPs for every login. SMS delays, network failures and shared phones slowed operations.
Designed and built a dedicated authenticator workflow. Staff register a trusted device once. Future logins require on-device approval instead of OTPs, reducing friction while improving security.

Live Room Availability Display
Pilgrims repeatedly asked counter staff about room availability, creating unnecessary queues.
Built a live display system showing current room availability in real time across the premises.

SRS Counter Watch
Management lacked a real-time operational view of multiple counters.
Developed Counter Watch, a live dashboard aggregating collections, transactions, counter status and operational metrics from across the institution.

Digital Verification Seal
Printed receipts could be duplicated or manipulated, making verification difficult.
Introduced a digital verification seal that validates receipt authenticity and helps staff distinguish genuine receipts from altered copies.

QR-based Prasada Disbursal
Staff manually tore receipts to record prasada distribution. The process was slow and difficult to audit.
Built a mobile QR scanning application that validates each receipt before issuing prasada and records every distribution digitally.

Staff kiosk for Parimala Prasada.
Counter staff repeatedly issued Parimala Prasada tokens using a manual workflow. The task itself was simple, but performing it continuously during busy periods increased operator effort and reduced consistency.
A dedicated touchscreen kiosk application built exclusively for staff. The interface intentionally reduces the complete transaction to a simple two-tap workflow — the emphasis was not on adding features, but on reducing operator effort for a task performed thousands of times.

Deep dive · the room-booking platform
Rooms fill months in advance around festival dates, and the old process — two phones, one paper register — double-booked rooms every season.
The platform put allocation inside a single database transaction with row-level locks: whatever the traffic, two guests can't hold the same room. Redis serves festival browsing so reads scale while writes stay strict.

The front desk kept their paper register running in parallel for three weeks. The day they stopped filling it in on their own was the day the system was actually delivered.
Archis — a mobile platform built for educational institutions.
Archis was built as a customizable mobile platform for educational institutions.
It connected administrators, teachers, students and parents through dedicated applications backed by a centralized administration system.
The platform was deployed in multiple configurations including franchise management, independent colleges and coaching institutes.
Archis Quiz — learning through practice.
Archis Quiz helped schools, coaching centres and educational institutions conduct objective assessments, practice sessions and performance tracking through a dedicated mobile application.
KwickNotes — school communication made simple.
KwickNotes was created to connect schools and parents through mobile communication.
Schools could publish announcements once and instantly reach every parent through the application.
